Passion for client service
Randy and Tammy Browning began investing in real estate in 2012. Their renovations have ranged from new kitchens and baths to complete new floor plans. Tammy’s flair for design has made each one unique and special for the new home buyers. Randy’s 34 year business experience in finance, accounting and consulting as a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers brings discipline and strong passion for customer service. Randy is also a CPA and licensed Realtor. Through their affiliated company, Brihn Construction, they are joined by Rich Brihn, who is a NJ licensed contractor and brings over 30 years of construction and remodeling experience. Rich brings his broad expertise to construction and renovation with a constant focus on quality.
Common Goal
Why Three Birds of a Feather? Three of our houses were renovated on streets named after birds and we have three children. Three people (Tammy, Randy & Rich) with the same mind and a common goal…to make your renovation a great experience. We think it’s the perfect name.
